Terms of Service

1. Scope of the service

Warranty Tracking helps you store product details, warranty dates, purchase information, notes, attachments, exports, and reminder settings. The app is provided as a utility for personal or business organization and does not replace official warranty documents, retailer records, or manufacturer support channels.

2. Accounts, local use, and eligibility

You may use the app in local-only mode without linking an account. Some features, such as cloud backup, may require a linked account and premium access. You are responsible for keeping your linked account secure and for complying with the laws and store rules that apply to your use of the app.

3. Purchases and premium access

Premium access and related purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, taxes, refunds, and subscription management, when applicable, are subject to Google Play policies and applicable law. Deepnode Studios does not store full payment card details.

4. Your records, attachments, and accuracy

You retain responsibility for the product records, invoice images, PDFs, notes, serial numbers, and other content you add to the app. You must ensure that you have the right to store or upload this material and that important fields such as purchase date, warranty length, and serial number are accurate.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical safeguards, payment logic, quotas, or account protections.
• Do not upload harmful files or content that could interfere with the app or third-party services.
• Do not misuse linked services or shared devices in a way that compromises other users or systems.

6. OCR, barcode scans, reminders, and exports

OCR suggestions, barcode scans, reminder scheduling, and exported files are convenience features. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate because of device limitations, operating system behavior, source quality, or service interruptions. You must review important outputs before relying on them for warranty claims, returns, or support requests.

7. Cloud backup and third-party services

If you enable cloud backup or linked-account features, some records and attachments may be stored or transferred through third-party infrastructure such as Firebase. App operations may also rely on services such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, and Google Play Billing. Availability and performance of those services are outside Deepnode Studios control.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its interface, branding, and original software components remain the property of Deepnode Studios or its licensors. Your own product records, attachments, and related content remain yours or your rightful licensors' property.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepnode Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed reminder dates, denied warranty claims, lost data, sync failures, attachment corruption, or losses caused by third-party platforms or device behavior.

10. Changes, suspension, and contact

Deepnode Studios may update these terms, limit access to abusive use, or suspend features when required for security, legal compliance, or service stability. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact [email protected].
